  • Have at least one verified property in Google Search Console
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or violate others' rights
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond normal use
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Fees

Free Software

  • The Search Console Tools application is provided free of charge
  • No credit card or payment information is required to use the application

Optional Paid Services

  • We offer an optional Done-For-You service billed monthly; current pricing is listed on our website
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe, in USD
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • Search Console Tools, including all code, design, and content, is our property
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property

Your Rights

  • You retain all rights to your data and content
  • Your Search Console data remains yours
  • Content briefs generated are yours to use commercially

7. Data and Privacy

  • We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You grant us permission to access your Google Search Console data
  • We will not share your data with third parties (except as required for service operation)
  • You can revoke our access at any time through Google settings

8. Service Availability

Uptime

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions

Changes to Service

  • We may add, modify, or remove features
  • Significant changes will be announced
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not responsible for actions you take based on our recommendations
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Google Search Console Integration

  • Our Service requires Google Search Console API access
  • You authorize us to access your Search Console data (read-only)
  • We comply with Google's API Terms of Service
  • You can revoke access through your Google account settings at any time

11. AI-Generated Content

  • Content briefs are generated using artificial intelligence
  • AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content
  • We are not liable for outcomes from using AI suggestions

12. Termination

By You

  • Cancel your subscription anytime
  • Request account deletion anytime
  • Data will be deleted within 30 days of termination

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • Your account is inactive for 12+ months
  • Required by law
