  • Notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service

  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond normal use

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are listed on our website
  • Payment processed securely through Stripe
  • All fees are in USD

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months (except where required by law)

Refunds

  • 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • Request refunds within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Contact support for refund requests

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected

8. Service Availability

Uptime

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it

  • We are not liable for service interruptions

Changes to Service

  • Significant changes will be announced
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Google Search Console Integration

  • Our Service requires Google Search Console API access
  • You authorize us to access your Search Console data (read-only)
  • We comply with Google's API Terms of Service
  • You can revoke access through your Google account settings at any time

11. AI-Generated Content

  • Content briefs are generated using artificial intelligence
  • AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content
  • We are not liable for outcomes from using AI suggestions

12. Termination

By You

  • Cancel your subscription anytime
  • Request account deletion anytime
  • Data will be deleted within 30 days of termination

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • Your account is inactive for 12+ months
  • Required by law
